Ito Vietnam engineers complete automated joining systems around the product, material and acceptance criteria. Where appropriate, AVIO joining equipment and controls are specified as the process technology, while Ito integrates handling, fixtures, vision, force and height control, safety, traceability and line interfaces.

Resistance welding

Controlled current and electrode force create repeatable micro-joints with configurable current, voltage or power monitoring.

Pulse heat / hot-bar

Localized heat and pressure with temperature feedback support soldering, thermocompression bonding and resin welding with limited heat transfer to nearby parts.

Ultrasonic metal welding

Ultrasonic vibration and pressure create a solid-state joint with minimal thermal effect, including suitable dissimilar non-ferrous metals.
